What We Capture

We capture exactly what is visible in your original art. If there are blemishes or spots, these will be captured by our camera. If you require us to fix and adjust these, please let us know in advance and we'll provide a quote.

Color Limitations

Our printers cannot replicate neon, gold, silver, or anything metallic. Our camera can capture these colours accurately, but they cannot be printed. We endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our reproductions but there are limitations.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is 5 business days. Unfortunately, we do not offer a rush service for this process.

Deliverables

You will receive a high-resolution, colour-correct 16-bit TIFF file and a web-friendly 8-bit JPG file.

If your images are selected, sized, and prepared, this is simply part of working together.

• Reworking aspect ratios

• Designing layouts or mockups
• Developing product lines or edition strategies
• Reviewing your reproduction workflow and print consistency
• Evaluating art fulfilment logistics and pricing structures
• Discussing pricing or business structure

If the conversation shifts into development, curation, or strategy, we will book dedicated consulting time.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information that you can access directly or forward to your client.

Duties and Taxes

All pieces are shipped from Canada. The recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Delayed Shipments

Once your shipment has left our facility, you can monitor its status through your Shopify or Squarespace portal. If a shipment appears delayed after reaching the destination country, we recommend contacting the local courier directly for updates.

Returned Shipments

Within Canada, returns come back to us and can be re-shipped (additional charge applies). International returns are typically not completed and packages may be disposed of locally.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged box, photograph the exterior before opening and any internal damage within 24 hours. After review, we'll cover the cost of a replacement.

Tariffs & Import Fees (US Orders)

These shipping prices reflect our best-case scenario. Current trade policies are unpredictable and tariffs can change with little notice. Any customs duties or tariffs applied to shipments entering the United States are ultimately your customer's responsibility. We recommend treating our quoted prices as a baseline and advising your US customers to be prepared for potential additional charges upon delivery.

Dibond

Two sheets of thin gauge aluminum bonded to a thermoplastic core. Its surface is smooth, flat, and very rigid. Dibond is half the weight of aluminum, making it the premium archival backing material for large or oversized prints. This is the preferred choice for artists selling through galleries or whose work is in museum collections.

UltraBoard

A strong mounting substrate available in 3/16" and 1/2" thickness. UltraBoard is an excellent choice for prints that will be framed, providing a flat, stable backing. Note that unframed UltraBoard may be susceptible to some warping over time.

Archival Foam Board

A lightweight substrate with a smooth surface, available for budget-conscious or temporary presentations. Best used within a frame for added support.

UV Film Lamination

Our cold-press UV optically clear laminate protects prints from handling, dust, and UV light. The acid-free PET film does not alter your print colours. Once applied, it reduces surface glare to a low sheen, almost matte finish. This is used on Dibond presentations where glazing is not practical.
