Art Reproduction
High-resolution capture of original artwork
We capture exactly what is visible in your original art using our high-resolution Phase One camera. You'll receive a 16-bit TIFF for archival use and an 8-bit JPG for web. Turnaround time is 5 business days.
If you plan to print reproductions of your artwork, we can create a custom color profile matched to your chosen paper. This ensures the printed reproduction is as close as possible to your original. Profiling involves printing test targets on your selected paper and measuring the results. Papers with optical brighteners (Hot Press, Cold Press) require additional testing and are priced accordingly.
Need dust spots or errors removed? Additional retouching fees apply. Let us know your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote.
Film Scanning
High-resolution scans with color correction
Match your scan to a specific paper for accurate color reproduction when printing.
About our scanning process: We use a Phase One 150MP camera with Schneider lenses. You'll receive high-resolution TIFF for archival use and JPEG for sharing.
Consulting
One-to-one guidance in our lab
We provide complimentary production guidance for clients placing print orders. This includes confirming sizing, reviewing files on screen, recommending paper, and ensuring your files meet print standards.
When a project moves beyond intake and into creative development, file adjustments, or business strategy, we treat that as dedicated consulting time.
Our goal is to give every client focused, uninterrupted attention. Structuring consulting separately ensures clarity and consistency for everyone.
Sessions are one-to-one in our lab and focused on your specific goals.
Extensive information about our art fulfilment services is available throughout our website. For clients who want tailored evaluation and strategic guidance, we offer structured consulting sessions.
Shipping
Art fulfillment shipping rates
For artists using our art fulfilment services, shipping costs are based on print size and destination. Enter your full print dimensions below including any borders.
Enter the FULL size of your print including any borders. If you've requested borders on your print (we recommend at least 1" for framing), include that in your dimensions. The calculator automatically adds 4" for protective tube padding.
All shipments include: Prints carefully wrapped in glassine and packaged with extra padding at either end, all customs and export documentation, fully trackable shipping with email notification.
Mounting
Archival substrate mounting for prints
Many prints need to be mounted on a substrate to ensure they lay flat and do not move or cockle over time with humidity changes. Depending on presentation, size, and budget, there are several archival options available.
Important: Dibond with Laminate and Float Mount presentations use Epson Premium Glossy paper exclusively. This is the only paper that properly adheres to the substrate and accepts the cold press laminate without silvering or surface separation.
